Heritage Realty borrows $31.2M from Credit Suisse for commercial condos in Garment District

Heritage Realty Services through the entity Dryland Properties, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Credit Suisse valued at $31.2 million for 11 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 420 Fifth Avenue in the Garment District. The deal closed on April 30, 2020 and was recorded on July 6, 2020.

The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on August 16, 2012.
