Harsh Padia obtained financing of $14M from First Republic Bank

Hedge fund executive Harsh Padia as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender First Republic Bank valued at $14.4 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) at 24 Leonard Street in Tribeca. The deal closed on August 13, 2019 and was recorded on August 26, 2019.

Padia purchased the penthouse unit on June 28, 2019, for $23,961,300.
The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 7 residential (or hotel) units on August 22, 2019.
