Harold Friedman through the entity 263 Skillman LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Starwood Mortgage Capital valued at $19.6 million for the property at 263 Skillman Street in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 28, 2024 and was recorded on September 6, 2024. The prior lender was Golden Bridge Funding which held debt that had an original loan amount of $14.1 million.
