Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital through the entity Silvercup Studios NY, LLC signed a contract as buyer with Imperial Damper & Louver Co. Inc. as seller for the industrial (E1) building at 907 East 141st Street in Mott Haven, Bronx.
The deal closed on May 28, 2021 and was recorded on August 30, 2021.
The property has 17,000 square feet of built space and 13,050 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 30,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
The signatory for Imperial Damper & Louver Co. Inc. was Brad Mattes. The signatory for Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital was Brent Iloulian.
Over the past five years, there have been 2 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There were 2 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $209,000.
