Grun Group submitted a new building construction project for a 99-unit, 61,739 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 2800 Webster Avenue in Fordham Manor, Bronx. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on January 8, 2026 under job number X01342626. It calls for the construction of a 11-story building.
