Gotham Organization, on April 10, pre-filed a permit application for construction of a 116-unit, 89,032-square-foot residential building at 64 Norfolk Street in Lower East Side.

The plans call for the construction of a 163-foot tall, 16-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing for new sixteen story residential building with ground floor public assembly.

Floors 3-12 will each have nine apartments, floors 14-16 will have six apartments, and the 13th floor will be used as an accessory residential amenity space.

The filing comes just over a month after Gotham filed a permit application for construction of a 366-unit, 376,987-square-foot residential building at 60 Norfolk Street, on March 6.
