Goris Grocers pays $7.8M for commercial condo in Fort Greene
Goris Grocers Flatbush Ave. Corp., through the entity Homegrown Properties, LLC paid $7.8 million to Benjamin Partners, through the entity Gdlc, LLC for the commercial condo (CC) at 150 Myrtle Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 7, 2021 and was recorded on May 7, 2021.
The property has 11,071 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $709 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on September 10, 2013, for $6.8 million.
The signatory for Benjamin Partners was Michael Salzhauer.
The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 240 residential units on July 23, 2012.
