Goldman Sachs pays $101M to Slate, Meadow Partners for rental in Fort Greene

Goldman Sachs through the entity 1FBBK Owner LLC paid Slate Property Group and Meadow Partners’s One Flatbush Avenue Property LLC $101.4 million for 1 Flatbush Avenue in Fort Greene. The deal closed on June 10, 2020, and was recorded on June 22, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo (multiple) recorded as sold in Acris (MC) and containing 183 residential units.
The sale price per unit is $553,825.

The Real Deal reported the sale in May. The contract date is March 12, 2020. This sale is for the rental apartments only, not for the retail space.
