The plans call for a renovation of the 447-foot tall, 39-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: at 2nd floor, removal and installation of interior partitions, hung ceiling and finishes as per plans filed herewith. no change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,882,000.

The property was given a loan totaling $25.1 million on March 22, 2019.
