GFI Capital refis $95M with AIG for Ace Hotel in Nomad

Allen Gross’s GFI Capital Resources Group through the entity 1186 Broadway LLC as borrower signed a refinance loan agreement with lender AIG through the entity American General Life Insurance Company valued at $95.2 million for 2 parcels at 14 West 29th Street and the Ace Hotel at 1186 Broadway in Nomad. The deal closed on March 15, 2021 and was recorded on March 19, 2021.
The property has 192,679 square feet of built space and available development rights.
The prior debt from AIG was $100 million.
