The deal closed on May 4, 2021 and was recorded on May 13, 2021.

The signatory for George Comfort & Sons was Dana Comfort. The signatory for JPMorgan Chase was Natalya M. Robles.

This is a modification of the 2017 loan from JPMorgan Chase. Simultaneous with this filing, George Comfort created 37 commercial condominiums in the commercial building. The units were officially added to city records on May 13.
