Gazivoda Management paid $9 million to Arthur Gibbons for two Bronx rentals in two separate transactions.

In the first, Gazivoda Management through the entity 3800 Carp Realty LLC paid Arthur Gibbons’s 3800 Carpenter Realty Corp. $5.2 million for 3800 Carpenter Avenue in Williamsbridge. The deal closed on July 7, 2020, and was recorded on July 21, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 54 residential units. The property is 49,038 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 49,038 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $96,296.

The contract date was March 1, 2020. The signatory for the buyer was Anton Gazivoda.
