Gary Segal’s Dynamic Star through the entity Mdbzjggs, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Sheldon Zafir through the entity Brucha Holdings, LLC valued at $18.9 million for purchase of 2 parcels, along Exterior Street including Landing Road and West 192nd Street in University Heights. The deal closed on January 15, 2020 and was recorded on January 27, 2020.
The property has 480,318 square feet of available development rights, according to a PincusCo analysis of city records.
