Fresh juice family pays $7.5M to Frost Equities for retail condo in Lenox Hill

Gil Galili of Juice from the RAW through the entity 1160 Third GI LLC paid Frost Equities’s Frost Store LLC $7.5 million for a retail condominium at 1160 Third Avenue in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on June 3, 2020, and was recorded on June 8, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5). The property is 15,105 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $497.
