Adeline Sessa through the entity 81 Woodhull LLC paid $3.1 million to Anthony Ruffino and Dawn Ruffino through the entity Ruffino, LLC for the four-unit building (C3) at 81 Woodhull Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
