Former Robert De Niro W. Village home sells for $11.9M, last sold for $12M in 2014
S&C Property Trust paid $11.9 million to 14 Saint Lukes Place LLC for the townhouse at 14 Saint Lukes Place in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 28, 2021 and was recorded on September 13, 2021.
The property has 4,158 square feet of built space and 1,105 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 5,265 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,859 and the price per buildable square foot is $2,257 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for 14 Saint Lukes Place LLC was Jay B. Ringel. The signatory for S&C Property Trust was Rachel Melanie Guy.
Over the past five years, there have been 2 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There were 2 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $44,650. One of the projects were to change the building from a RES to a R-3 and were permitted on February 1, 2017.
This was Robert De Niro’s home for approximately 30 years, but he sold it in 2012 for $9.5 million. The current seller bought it in 2014 for $12 million.
