Finochio family pays $5M to Viola family for auto showroom in Jamaica

Marialaina Finochio-Brody through the entity Finochio Family Holdings LLC paid $5 million to Viola family through the entity Viola Family Holdings LLC for industrial (G8) at 139-01 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.
The deal closed on April 5, 2021 and was recorded on April 22, 2021.
The property has 36,621 square feet of built space and 68,055 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 104,700 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $136 and the price per buildable square foot is $47 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for the Viola family was Michael Viola. The signatory for the Finochio family was Marialaina Finochio-Brody.
Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000.
