Fieber Group borrows $17M from Emerald Creek Capital for property in Prospect Heights

Fieber Group through the entity 856 Washington Owner LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Emerald Creek Capital through the entity Emerald Creek Capital 3, LLC valued at $17 million for 16 parcels, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) and containing 16 residential units at 856 Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights. The deal closed on March 30, 2020 and was recorded on April 1, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $1,062,500.
This is a refinance of a condo inventory loan.
