Extell sells Central Park Tower unit for $12.3M
The entity Goldbird Holding LLC paid $12.3 million to Extell Development through the entity Smitell LLC for condo (SC) uni 36B at Central Park Tower at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 15, 2021 and was recorded on October 22, 2021.
The signatory for Extell Development was Caroline Berman. The signatory for Goldbird Holding LLC was Ying Ding.

Within a 400-foot radius of 217 West 57th Street, PincusCo identified 37 commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those 37 items, one was for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. It was an initial temporary certificate of occupancy issued on January 24, 2020 for the $812,601 renovation of an 18,000-square-foot office (B) building with no residential units at 250 West 57th Street.
Of those 37 items, 35 were sales above $5 million totaling $1.7 billion. The most recent of the 35 was 220 CPS V10 LLC which bought two condo units in the 117-unit condo building (R4) on 220 Central Park South and one other property for $66 million from CPS Realty Partners LLC on October 20, 2021.
One of those 37 items was a loan which Feil Organization and Rockpoint Group borrowed $115 million from Morgan Stanley secured by the 124,782-square-foot, 95-unit office building (O6) on 894 7th Avenue on January 10, 2020.
