The entity Simatai LLC paid $48 million to Extell Development through the entity Smitell LLC for condo (SC) unit 109 at Central Park Tower at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 23, 2021 and was recorded on October 12, 2021.

The signatory for Extell Development was Caroline Berman. The signatory for Simatai LLC was Ilyse Dolgenas.
