Evan Chadakoff through the entity 90 Dune LLC paid $4.6 million to Jenel Real Estate through the entity Liberty Avenue Partners LLC for the office building (O7) at 102-02 Liberty Avenue in Richmond Hill, Queens.
The deal closed on August 12, 2021 and was recorded on August 19, 2021.
The property has 2,529 square feet of built space and 7,252 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 9,800 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,822 and the price per buildable square foot is $470 per the PincusCo analysis.
