Eugene S. Krauss through the entity 361 Broadway Associates Holdings, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Emerald Creek Capital valued at $17 million for 5 unsold condominium units, including one commercial unit four residential units at 67 Franklin Street in Tribeca. The deal closed on July 7, 2020 and was recorded on July 22, 2020.
