An anonymous buyer acquired an interest from Estate of Carol Feinberg, David Feinberg, Nancy Feinberg, and Hope Feinberg Schroy through the entity David Feinberg, As Co-Executor valued at $24M for co-op (D4) unit PHA at 895 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 20, 2021 and was recorded on October 26, 2021.

The signatory for Estate of Carol Feinberg, David Feinberg, Nancy Feinberg, and Hope Feinberg Schroy was David Feinberg. The signatory for the buyer was attorney Christopher Meagher.
