Erik Ekstein’s Ekstein Development Group, on March 5, was given a permit for construction of a 88-unit, 103,378-square-foot residential building at 8 Palmetto Street in Bushwick.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, 7-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: hereby filing mixed use 7 story building as shown on drawing filed herewith.
