Endrit Haxhiu through the entity Crbgx Holdings LLC paid $2.7 million to Anthony Puma Jr. through the entity Ralvin Realty LLC for the 28-unit residential walkup building (C7) at 1075 Edison Avenue in Throgs Neck, Bronx. The expected use is cash flowing.
