Elliot Sohayegh through the entity Bk Carroll Holdings LLC paid $3.1 million to Robert Palmese through the entity 347 Hoyt Street LLC for four-unit mixed-use building at 347 Hoyt Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on January 31, 2022 and was recorded on February 24, 2022.
The property has 5,814 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $533 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on July 16, 2013, for $2.3 million.
