Elizabeth McDonald files $14M condo sellout with the AG at 243 North 5th Street

Elizabeth McDonald, a president of the sponsor company, submitted a $14.3 million condominium sellout with the New York State Attorney General on May 1, at 243 North 5th Street in Williamsburg.

The building when completed will have seven residential units.

The property was purchased for $1.3 million on October 18, 2018.
