ELH Management pays $14M to Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation (NEBHDCo) for property in Ocean Hill

Larry Hirschfield’s ELH Management through the entity 27 Bed Stuy Housing Development Fund Corporation paid Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation (NEBHDCo)’s Broadway/Putnam L.P. $14.2 million for 914 Madison Street, 143 Marcus Garvey Blvd, 1434 Broadway, 162 Vernon Avenue, 1064 Putnam Avenue, and others in Ocean Hill. The deal closed on December 20, 2019, and was recorded on January 3, 2020. The transaction consists of 26 parcels, and containing 163 residential units. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 194,528 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $87,040.
