Edward Rice through the entity Eloc Ftk LLC paid $11.5 million to Max Wm. Gurvitch, Norman Rosen, Alan Shriro, and Leonard S. Slavit for 16 vacant tax lots including 345 Cole Street and others on Bascome Avenue and Weiner Street, in Charleston, Staten Island.
The deal closed on December 12, 2022 and was recorded on February 28, 2023. The 16 properties have zero square feet of built space and 321,656 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 321,656 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
