Edison Properties through the entity Tenth Ave Ministorage Properties LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Prudential Insurance Company Of America valued at $26 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 111 10th Avenue in Chelsea. The deal closed on August 27, 2020 and was recorded on September 8, 2020.
The property contains a total of 189,000 square feet of built space.
