Carlos Saavedra’s Eckstrom NYC through the entity 109 Willow LLC paid $7 million to Debra L. Katz through the entity Wisser Enterprises, L.P. for the six-unit residential walkup building (C2) at 109 Willow Street in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 8, 2023 and was recorded on June 22, 2023. The property has 8,730 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data.
