Eckstrom NYC through the entity Eckstrom Clinton LLC paid $6.4 million to the estate of Josephine Caminiti for the five-unit residential walkup building (C2) at 323 Clinton Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 17, 2024 and was recorded on June 5, 2024.
