Dynamic Star pays $18M to CSX Transportation for property in University Heights

Gary Segal’s Dynamic Star through the entity Mdbzjggs, LLC paid CSX Transportation, Inc. $18.0 million for a strip of land along Exterior Street in University Heights. The deal closed on January 15, 2020, and was recorded on January 27, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1). The parcel(s) have total development potential of 480,318 square feet, according to an analysis of city records by PincusCo.

This is part of a larger transaction with CSX, The Real Deal reported. Brad Zackson is involved with Dynamic Star.
