Dynamic Star borrows $18.9M in purchase money mortgage for property in University Heights

Dynamic Star through the entity Ds Fordham Landing 4 LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Galway Realty, LLC valued at $18.9 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class miscellaneous manufacturing building (F9) at 2391 Exterior Street and 2401 Exterior Street in University Heights. The deal closed on December 31, 2020 and was recorded on January 12, 2021.
The property contains a total of 1,360 square feet of built space.

This is a purchase money mortgage. Gary Segal’s Dynamic Star is assembling parcels in the Bronx, as PincusCo first reported in 2019.
