Durst finishes $10.6M rehab of 1155 Sixth Ave

Durst Organization, on February 9, formally completed a $10.6 million project at 1155 Sixth Avenue in Times Square.

The plans, pre-filed on July 18, 2017, call for for work on marketing floors 40 through 42, including the roof pavilion on the 41st floor of the 511-foot tall, 41-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct rooftop pavilion on 41st floor with interior alteration on floors 39 and 40. Change of use, egress and zoning approved under alt type I #121193092 (marketing floors 40-42, roof). The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $10,609,325.
