Dore Friedman and Mordehy Haber paid $17.8 million to Loretta Harvey for rentals in Upper East Side and Midtown in three separate transactions. The buyers also borrowed $13.1 million from Israel Discount Bank to fund the acquisition.
In the first purchase transaction, Dore Friedman and Mordehy Haber through the entity Dny1 91st LLC paid $8 million to Loretta Harvey through the entity Trans-Park Company, LLC for the 20-unit rental (D1) at 118-120 East 91st Street in Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 23, 2021 and was recorded on October 6, 2021.
The property has 13,750 square feet of built space and 2,375 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 16,108 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $581 and the price per buildable square foot is $496 per the PincusCo analysis. The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development included Arthur Harvey, head officer and Catherine O’Meara, site manager. The business entity was Trans-Park Co., Llc.
