Dominic Lanni’s L3 Capital pays $148M to ASB Real Estate Investments and L3 Capital for portfolio in Williamsburg

Dominic Lanni’s L3 Capital through the entity L3 Kent Assemblage LLC paid ASB Real Estate Investments and L3 Capital’s Williamburg Portfolio V, LLC $148 million for 17 parcels including 133 Kent Avenue, 131 Kent Avenue, 51 North 6th Street, 129 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. The deal closed on December 26, 2019, and was recorded on January 9, 2020.
In this transaction, L3 bought out partner ASB. ASB and L3 partnered to buy the parcels for $85.75 million in 2016.
The transaction consists of 17 parcels, in 12 transactions.
