DK Beauty Inc. paid 60 Guilders and the Carlyle Group’s 20 West 33rd Street Property Owner, L.L.C. $12.5 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 20 West 33rd Street in Garment District. The deal closed on September 4, 2019 and was recorded on September 16, 2019.
