DivcoWest files plans for a $5M rehab of Soho office

DivcoWest, on June 14, filed plans for a $5M rehab of an office building at 325 Hudson Street in Soho, Manhattan.

The developer purchased the office building for $134.1 million on May 20, 2021.

The plan call for a rehab of the 134-foot-tall, 10-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00670230.

The project is described in the filing as: installation of non load bearing partitions as per plans filed herewith. No change in use egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Perkins+Will.
