Disney files plans for $6.3M build-out at under-construction Hudson Square HQ

Walt Disney Company, on August 11, filed plans for a $6.3 million build-out to three floors in conjunction with the construction of its new headquarters at 310 Hudson Street in Hudson Square.

The plans call for work on floors four through six of the 19-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00573154.

The project is described in the filing as: structural work on floor four through six, as shown on plans. No change in use, occupancy or egress. In conjunction with NB #121205864.

Roughly two years ago, Disney filed new building plans calling for the construction of a 290-foot tall, 19-story, 852,912-square-foot building at the site. The plans were permitted earlier this year.

Days earlier, Disney filed plans for a total of $37 million of build-out work spanning multiple floors of the building.
