Desh Deepak Bhardwaj through the entity 260 Hillside LLC paid $4.7 million to Angelina Colalillo through the entity Hillside Coard LLC for the corner retail building at 260-04 Hillside Avenue in Floral Park, Queens and the midblock retail building at 260-10 Hillside Avenue in Floral Park, Queens.
The deal closed on March 24, 2022 and was recorded on April 5, 2022.The two properties have 6,470 square feet of built space and 1,598 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 8,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $727 and the price per buildable square foot is $588 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Angelina Colalillo was Angelina Colalillo. The signatory for Desh Deepak Bhardwaj was Desh Deepak Bhardwaj.
