Denihan Hospitality ups debt to $286.9M Goldman Sachs for 4 Manhattan hotels
Denihan Hospitality Group through the entity 125 East 50Th Street Co., LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bsrecp Ii Joint Us Origination, L.L.C. valued at $286.9 million for four hotels at 215 East 64th Street, 303 Lexington Avenue, 155 East 50th Street and 557 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. The deal closed on April 14, 2021 and was recorded on April 21, 2021.
The maximum principal was increased by $11.7 million in this amendment to $286.9 million.
