Allerville Realty LLC pays $7.2M to Feil Organization for 63 unsold co-ops in Bronxwood

The entity Allerville Realty LLC paid the Feil Organization’s Allerville Arms LLC $7.229 million for 63 unsold cooperative units at the Allerville Arms at 2550 Olinville Avenue in Bronxwood. The deal closed on July 6, 2020, and was recorded on July 13, 2020. The transaction consists of 63 residential cooperative units with the tax class cooperative (D4) and 100 parking spaces.
The entire cooperative building has 213 units and is 232,532 square feet.
The building was constructed in 1965 and was converted to a cooperative following a plan filed in 1989 that became effective in 1992.
The buyer group, along with Robert Wolf, owns unsold co-op units in 200 Central Park South, according to records on the Attorney General website. The AG regulates condo and co-ops in New York State. It also owns units at Lafayette Estates, also known as Lafayette-Morrison, a 900-unit complex in the Soundview neighborhood in the Bronx.
