450 Ocean Parkway Tower LLC pays $10.4M for 69-unit elevator building in Kensington

An investor group through the entity 450 Ocean Parkway Tower LLC bought the 69-unit elevator building at 450 Ocean Parkway in Kensington, Brooklyn for $10.353 million from the entity Kensington Imperial LLC owned by the family of Eric Markel, according to a source familiar with the transaction. The sale has not yet been recorded in city records.
The sale went into contract on March 20, 2022 and closed about 60 days later on May 20, 2022. The 69,600-square-foot building has six stories.
The broker was Erik Yankelovich of Atlas Realty Group Partners, according to the source.
