David Guimond pays $2.5M to Hidrock Properties for office condo in Garment District

David Guimond through the entity NYC Tidal Holdings LLC paid $2.5 million to Hidrock Properties through the entity 3536 Associates LLC for an office condo (CR) at 35 West 36th Street in the Garment District, Manhattan.
The deal closed on August 10, 2021 and was recorded on August 24, 2021.

The owner bought the property on 10-Aug-21, for $2.5 million.

The most recent of the five was Magna Hospitality Group which borrowed $94.0 million from Starwood Property Mortgage secured by two condo units in the 0-square-foot, 314-unit hotel (RH) on 60 West 37th Street on September 8, 2020.
