Daniel Group through the entity 12 Nyc LLC paid $3.5 million to the entity Lotmor, LLC for the development site that’s currently an industrial building (G2) at 105-09 Merrick Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens.
The deal closed on March 5, 2026 and was recorded on March 16, 2026. The property has 9,722 square feet of built space and 20,536 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 30,200 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $356 and the price per buildable square foot is $114 per the PincusCo analysis.
