Damien Smith signs $22M construction loan with Parkview Financial for LES project

Damien Smith and Peter Zucccarello through the entity 63 Pitt Street LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Parkview Financial valued at $22 million at 61-63 Pitt Street in the Lower East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 29, 2021 and was recorded on May 20, 2021.
(123777305) Plans for a 52-unit, 38,243 square-foot residential building (R-2) were filed on June 28, 2019. The loan price per buildable square foot is $575 per the PincusCo analysis.

Smith bought the building for $8.5 million.
