Daguang Gao pays $4.7M to Frank Festa for industrial in Maspeth

Daguang Gao through the entity Top Bright Realty LLC paid $4.7 million to Frank Festa through the entity 60-85 Flushing Ave. Realty Corp for industrial (E1) at 60-85 Flushing Avenue in Maspeth, Queens.
The deal closed on November 30, 2021 and was recorded on December 20, 2021.
The property has 13,181 square feet of built space and 8,771 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 21,929 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $356 and the price per buildable square foot is $214 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
