C&S Capital Partners through the entity 399 Sackett 123 LLC paid $3 million through a judicial foreclosure for the three-unit 1-4 family building (C0) at 399 Sackett Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The expected use is cash flowing. The prior owner was Sandra Stutz.
