The firm filed two suits against the the same guarantor, for a $2 million loan secured by 2326 Tilden Avenue LINK and a $2.3 million loan secured by 1216 Putnam Avenue LINK, both in Brooklyn. The firm filed the other suit seeking $2.7 million secured by 285 Kingsland Avenue LINK, also in Brooklyn.

JY Tangerous files pre-foreclosure for $702K in Queens: The entity JY Tangerous LP with Jeffrey Fleischmann as a member filed a pre-foreclosure suit seeking $702,648 secured by the property 23-28 28th Avenue in Astoria. The entity bought the loan on March 19 from Flushing Bank. LINK
